Set a monthly spend cap to limit overage charges. When your cap is reached, mode automatically switches to Cap mode.

What data source does enrichment use?
We use Apollo.io's company database, which includes 275M+ contacts and 60M+ companies. Data is continuously updated from web scraping, public records, and user contributions.
How does caching work?
When you enrich a record, the results are cached for 30 days. Re-enriching the same record within that window uses the cached data at no additional cost. You can force a refresh if needed.
What happens if no match is found?
If Apollo.io can't find a match for the domain or email, no enrichment is applied and no credit is used. You only pay for successful enrichments.
What conflict modes are available?
Conservative (only fill empty fields), Update (overwrite all fields), and Merge (prefer newer/more complete data). Choose based on how much you trust the enriched data vs existing data.
Can I enrich records during import?
Yes! Data Import AI integrates with enrichment. Enable 'Enrich Before Scan' to automatically enrich imported records before duplicate matching.
How does spend cap work?
Set a monthly maximum overage spend (e.g., $50). When your overage charges reach that cap, enrichment mode automatically switches from Overage to Cap mode to prevent further charges.
