What file formats are supported?
CSV (.csv) and Google Sheets. Files up to 10MB are supported.
How does the matching work?
We use the same matching engine as our duplicate detection feature, with fuzzy matching, email normalization, phone matching, and configurable confidence thresholds.
What objects can I import to?
Any Salesforce object - both standard (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, etc.) and custom objects. Simply select your target object when starting an import.
How does in-file duplicate detection work?
Before matching against Salesforce, we scan your uploaded file to identify duplicate rows within it. You can review each duplicate group and choose which row to keep, or bulk-resolve using "Keep First" or "Keep Last" strategies.
What does field validation check?
We validate required fields, data types (dates, numbers, emails, phones), picklist values against your Salesforce configuration, and field length limits. Errors can be fixed inline before proceeding.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
In Cap mode (recommended), imports will stop at 10,000 records. In Overage mode, you'll be charged $0.02 per additional record imported.
