Setup

  1. 1Purchase Enrichment Credits from Settings → Add-ons

Enrichment Credits

Each enrichment request consumes one credit. Credits are purchased separately from your subscription.

Credit Pricing

See Settings → Add-ons for current pricing.

30-Day Cache

Enrichment results are cached for 30 days. Re-enriching a record within 30 days uses the cached data and doesn't consume additional credits.

Credit Tracking

Monitor your credit usage in Settings → Add-ons. You'll see:

Choose individual records or bulk select from a list view

Request Enrichment

Click 'Enrich' to send records to Apollo.io

Review Results

Preview enriched data before applying to Salesforce

Apply Changes

Save enriched data to your Salesforce records

Bulk Enrichment

Enrich multiple records at once by selecting them from a list view and clicking 'Enrich Selected'. Maximum 100 records per bulk request.

Frequently Asked Questions

How accurate is the enriched data?

Apollo.io reports 90%+ accuracy for most fields. Data is continuously updated from public sources and user contributions.

What if enrichment doesn't find my record?

Not all records can be enriched. If a match isn't found, no credit is consumed and you'll see a 'No match found' message.

Can I enrich records automatically?

Automatic enrichment for new records is available on Business and Enterprise plans. Configure in Settings → Automation.

Is my data shared with Apollo.io?

We send only the minimum data needed to find a match (typically email and company name). Your full Salesforce data is not shared.
