True Record was created to solve a problem I experienced firsthand — keeping CRM data clean and accurate in complex Salesforce orgs.
The idea came from repeatedly encountering Salesforce orgs with years of accumulated duplicate records, inconsistent data, and merge history that nobody could trace. I got tired of manually cross-referencing spreadsheets, running reports, and trying to figure out which records were legitimate and which should be merged.
Most Salesforce orgs accumulate data quality issues over time, and cleaning them up becomes increasingly difficult as the org grows. I built True Record to surface duplicates automatically, provide confidence scores, and give teams full visibility into their merge history so they can make informed decisions.
